How we handle your information.

Briefing and contact requests

The contact form sends your name, organisation, email address, area of interest and message by email to our business-development mailbox. We use them only to respond to your request and, where export-control rules apply, to establish what we may share with you. Requests are kept while the conversation or relationship is active and are deleted on request.

Job applications

The application form sends your name, email address, the role you applied for, any link or note you add, and your CV (PDF) to our hiring team. A server log records the date, reference number, role, name and email of each application so we can find it again. Applications are kept for the duration of the hiring process and deleted on request.

Newsletter

We store your email address only after you confirm it through the link we email you (double opt-in), and use it only to send operational updates, openings and releases. Reply to any email to unsubscribe; we then delete your address.

Analytics

We run a first-party usage beacon on our own server. It records the page viewed, the referring path and coarse events such as a form being submitted. We use no third-party analytics, advertising trackers or social-media pixels.

Cookies and browser storage

Public pages set no tracking cookies. Your browser stores your language choice, dismissed notices and the usage beacon's state locally. Authorised users of our internal tools receive a session cookie that is required for sign-in.

Who receives your data

Only Isengard staff who need it to respond. Our email runs on Google Workspace and this website on Bluehost; both process data on our behalf under their terms. We do not sell submissions or share them with other third parties.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email hello@isengardindustries.com; we respond within 30 days. If you are in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a data-protection authority, you may also complain to that authority.

Security disclosures

Vulnerability reports are handled under our security.txt policy.
